We built GlycoEden as a liquid for a specific reason, and it's worth being upfront about what that choice does and doesn't change.
One dropperful, once a day, is arguably easier to remember than 2-4 capsules — there's nothing to count, and it takes seconds to measure with the dropper that comes in the bottle.
Liquid formulas are sometimes marketed as "faster absorbing" than capsules. That's plausible in principle since there's no capsule shell to dissolve first, but we don't have finished-product data specific to GlycoEden to make a stronger claim than that.
The formula inside is the same either way — this is a delivery-format choice, not a different set of ingredients. A liquid doesn't make an unproven ingredient proven, and it doesn't turn a supplement into medication.
If capsules are already a daily chore for you, or you've had trouble sticking with a pill routine, the mixing-into-a-drink format is the practical advantage here — not a claimed pharmacological edge.
